Arambh Foundation – Independent Associate Agreement Eligibility: The applicant must be 18 years or above and legally competent to enter into a contract as per the Indian Contract Act. Right to Accept or Reject Application: Arambh Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”) reserves the full right to accept or reject any application to become an Independent Associate (hereinafter referred to as the “Associate”). Upon approval, the applicant will receive a unique identification number. The Associate may then become eligible for incentives, rewards, discounts, or other benefits as outlined in the Foundation’s business opportunity guidelines. Single ID Policy: An individual can hold only one Associate ID with the Foundation. Independent Status: The Associate is an independent, non-exclusive contractual partner and is not an employee, agent, or legal representative of the Foundation. The Associate is fully responsible for their own business activities and must comply with all applicable central, state, and local laws and regulations. Compliance: The Associate shall strictly follow all policies, rules, procedures, and terms of the Foundation as currently applicable or as may be updated in the future. No Fixed Earnings: The Foundation does not offer any fixed salary, commissions, bonuses, incentives, or rewards. All earnings are based solely on the sales volume generated by the Associate and their team, in accordance with the Foundation’s compensation plan. The Foundation reserves the right to modify business volume points (PV/BV), compensation structure, or payout methods without prior notice. Restrictions Without Approval: Without written approval from the Foundation, the Associate shall not: a) Advertise the Foundation’s products/services through any type of advertisement. b) Recruit new Associates through any form of media. Foundation Not Liable: The Foundation shall not be responsible for any liabilities incurred by the Associate during past, present, or future business activities. Product Pricing: Associates may purchase products at Associate Price and sell to customers at the MRP (Maximum Retail Price) printed on the product packaging. Taxes on Sales: All taxes, duties, and levies applicable to sales made by the Associate shall be paid by the Associate as per the law. GST on Income: If applicable, GST on the Associate’s income shall be paid by the Associate directly to the Government as per prevailing norms. Other Taxes: Any additional taxes or levies on the Associate’s income are to be borne and paid by the Associate as per applicable regulations. Promotion Guidelines: The Associate must promote products strictly as per the Foundation’s official documents, brochures, and training material. Alteration or unauthorized modifications are prohibited. Medical Claims Prohibited: Associates must not claim that any product cures diseases, nor should they diagnose or prescribe treatments unless they are a registered medical practitioner. No Retail Sales: Associates shall not sell products through retail shops or outlets, as it violates the Foundation’s sales policy. Products may only be sold through authorized franchise stores of the Foundation. Online Sales Restrictions: Associates must obtain prior written permission from the Foundation before selling or listing products on e-commerce platforms or online marketplaces. TDS Deduction: TDS will be deducted from the Associate’s earnings as per Government rules and regulations. Termination: The Foundation reserves the absolute right to terminate the Associate’s account in case of violation of terms, conditions, or code of ethics. A prior notice may be issued; however, the Foundation also holds the right to deactivate the account without notice in case of serious misconduct. Rejoining After Termination or Surrender: A terminated Associate may reapply only after 6 months from the date of termination. If an Associate voluntarily wishes to surrender their account, they must submit a written request. Upon surrender, all rights and privileges will cease. Reapplication can be made only after 180 days from the date of surrender. Declaration: I have read, understood, and agree to the above rules, terms, and conditions of Arambh Foundation.
